Ray Burrows – Mr. Burrows founded GRACE, with Mrs. Anderson and Mr. Harris, to provide private individuals the opportunity to invest in socially responsible real estate and business ventures through the powerful structure of private equity. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Burrows is responsible for GRACE’s daily operations, analyzing and evaluating the company’s real estate and business investments, and implementing the company’s strategic direction. Since 1992, Mr. Burrows has successfully started and sold four businesses, and participated in all areas of business development. Prior to GRACE, Mr. Burrows co-founded The Chi Rho Group, LLC, a private equity company focused on acquiring non-strategic brands and other businesses. Mr. Burrows’ responsibilities included day-to-day management, due-diligence oversight, deal structure and strategic planning. Before leaving to start GRACE, Mr. Burrows served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Nicene Brands, one of Chi Rho’s subsidiaries and was successful at raising approximately $10 million in capital. Sonia Booker Anderson – Mrs. Anderson founded GRACE with Mr. Burrows and Mr. Harris to share her passion for and success in real estate with high net worth individual investors. As Chief Operations Officer, Mrs. Anderson is responsible for all aspects of real estate management and development. Mrs. Anderson is also the co-founder of Intown Condos & Lofts of Atlanta, Georgia, with the largest minority developer in the southeast. She conceptualized this company which converted apartments to condominiums, managed the construction of the renovation process, and oversaw property management during the holding phases. Through Intown, she successfully sold over $30 million in real estate over a two-year period with a small sales and support team. Mrs. Anderson currently manages over $50 million in real estate assets including condominiums, apartment buildings and hotels. Mrs. Anderson knows firsthand about building a real estate portfolio and maintains her own income producing portfolio comprised of single and multi-family holdings. She began her professional career briefly at J.C. Penney before moving to Atlanta where she built and sold her first company. Keith Gordon – With over 13 years of experience in corporate finance and real estate, Mr. Gordon serves as Chief Investment Officer for GRACE. He is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management, including selection, acquisition, finance, and disposition. Mr. Gordon most recently worked at Equity Residential, one of the country’s largest owners and operators of apartments (founded by Sam Zell), in the investments group. There, his focus was on completing acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Before Equity Residential, he was a founding partner of New City Ventures LLC, an owner and operator of over 100 apartment units in the St. Louis and New York metropolitan areas. In addition, he worked in Fannie Mae’s multi-family capital markets group where he participated in purchasing over $12 billion in multi-family debt. Walt Harris – Mr. Harris founded GRACE with Mrs. Anderson and Mr. Burrows to take an active role in securing his family’s financial future and share with his counterparts in the National Football League (NFL) the inner workings of generating wealth through private equity. As Vice President of Investor Relations & Administration, Mr. Harris is responsible for relationship management of key investors and supervising the administrative staff of GRACE. He also takes personal responsibility for reviewing all of GRACE’s external executive and operational communications. Mr. Harris is currently an NFL cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers. Previously he played for the Chicago Bears for six years, and the Indianapolis Colts and the Washington Redskins for two years each. Mr. Harris also played college football at Mississippi State University before being the 13th draft pick in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft. |
